Did Jinx's attack frame get changed?

Hi all!

I used to main Jinx last season. I've tried playing her multiple times but she feels really sluggish to play.

I can't find anything that would would be causing this. No changes to pow-pow in patch notes. Only about 1% attack speed difference in the masteries. Zeal items aren't that different from S5 in terms of AS.

I can't find any explanation but she just feels unresponsive to play now.

Did her attack frame / auto animation get changed?

Did I just miss it somewhere?

Any good red posts on her lately?
