The bug was that it fucked up the minion AI and spawned a voidling every 1/2 a second If you placed it too close to a wall. It literally breaks the game, because it causes framerate drops and crashes.

Is it true that Elise was also disabled due to multiple bugs? Because I see them half of the time I play as her.

the bug was it actually pushed lanes. it's had the bug for a while now, but no one actually built it so rito let is slide.

When it is coming back online? It's literally my staple item for every champ I play. It's the number one core item and it's down on my two day offs.

I actually used it several times right before they disabled it- I took two towers without being in the lane for more than a few seconds or so. If you have someone who builds a ton of health it's rather handy.
