I feel like Riot is slowly erasing tanks in LoL

First we had the scandal of a patch that was oneshot galio.

Then we had flat hp reductions on almost every tank item with "compensation" shifts to resistances which made close to no differences.

Every new Item that wasn't meant for support champions deals damage in some way shape or form or gives damage stats.

Then Conqueror's was introduced.

And now half the entire champion pool can deal true damage with only 2 items, namely Storm Razor and Infinity Edge.

Pyke gets AD off of any hp he builds.

And now on PBE Riot has published a Oneshot Sejuani Update.

And we have 2 Items announced to come who's sole purpose is going to be more damage gained by defensive stats even thought Riot says otherwise.

What is going to be next? A rune that turns HP into Flat damage? AD Ratio buffs for Darius? Shaco revert?

League of Legends truly is mutilating into League of Damage Creeps.
