Sivir needs nerfs

Theese insane winrates and decent play rate and the recent Essence reaver buffs bring this champion over the top. I believe sivir should receive a small nerf for the Essence Reaver buff. I honestly feel pressured to ask my team to ban this champion every game because of how freelo she is right now.
