Why is LB always BAN? WTF she is the worst mid laner yet she is always BANNED

Riot WTF did you guys do? You increase Leblanc ban by triple the amount. She is always banned I never get to play her anymore. Last time I was able to pick her I was forced to jungle with her, I just want to play her. People that don't even play LEblanc keep playing her for 0 reason, Leblanc mains never get a chance to play her. And your NEw client LAGS too much on low spec computer soo I never get to play Blind Pick with her. Its been a week since I wasn't able to play Leblanc MID.

Have you seen her tether range, I'm not surprised she is permabanned. You can't flash it unless you have a dash in your kit.

in fact her E is markedly worse on its own now, it used to slow you by quite a bit.
