Would you sacrifice 4.5 AD & 0.5 Armor for 75 HP at LV1? Why?

EDIT: Of course it depends on the champion (silly me); think of any 2 AD champions (AD champs of course). One that you think would be wise, and the other unwise to make this trade off in a rune page.
