Just lost to a Sion top-lane, and once he got Frozen Heart he would NEVER EVER manaburn. Meanwhile in mid-lane, Lux or Syndra can rush an Athene's Unholy Grail and they'll still burn out super easily. Mid-laners like Zed and Katarina are kept relevant because of fancy plays and LC$ money, while older Champions like Miss Fortune, Warwick, etc., are left in perpetual states of obsolescence. I could go on, but I think you get the idea.

This is clear favoritism, especially when one of your people said to me "Stop talking about Lux, we don't give a shit about her".

He's getting a buff. What you describe necessitates a buff, not a rework.

So I ask again: why does Shen need a rework?

Also, for such a "shit" champion I have little trouble using him to do funny things like easily duel Jax or Udyr.

Jax is actually quite easy to be with Shen once you are good at Shen and play smart. Urdyr not so much, it's annoying but even if you out level him he can still out duel you with one tri-force.
