Either matches are fixed or MMR calculations are wrong
And before anyone says "you will climb if you're good enough"
-
I'm not bothered about climbing. That's not my gripe.

No one should have to 'grind' in a game that's designed to be competitive anyway.
Now, the matter at hand. Matchmaking, matchups and MMR.
It's still broken and unaddressed by RIOT. It's not even an issue with me caring about fixed matches as much as it's obvious they're fixed that's frustrating.
Clearly on the backend of the server's there's a database of some kind that formulates people's MMR every 12 or 24 hours or so and weights matched accordingly. It's just a really goddamn shitty to know you logged on one time and got a loss streak to know you can log on a little later and get a win streak whilst playing with my toes instead of my fingers.
And even in binge games there's such a huge gulf one game to the next sometimes and it's absolutely not all counters and op champs either. The skill gulf is just too fucking big between lane opponents in one game to the next.
So in a nutshell either the MMR system cannot calculate a person's skills correctly in which case the fucking thing is broken.
Or
Matchmaking is broken/fixed and not being addressed by the developer.
Why can't it be a game of "crap I was outplayed!" Or "ok, what mistakes did I make?" instead of this unfair unbalanced abomination I'm made to experience day after day?
