It is so general that most anyone who deals physical damage can justify it and everyone on the team who deals any physical damage benefits form it.

Irelia Carries U got me onto buying both sometimes. It is a good pickup when you are on an all AD team which seems to be happening a lot these days.
And the rage passive on BC is more inclusive since it is physical damage where as Trinity is only on auto attacks.
But I would also sometimes buy Zeke's Herald when on a team with 4 physical damage champs so I guess take it with a grain of salt.

if you mean that BC is overloaded then yes. it has both rage and cleave and CDR. 1 or 2 of those need to be removed.
