Stormraider's Surge

Movement speed bonus increased to 40% from 35% Now also grants 100% slow resistance for 3 seconds Time frame to deal damage increased to 2.5 seconds from 2

A lot of people I've mentioned this to seem to think it's hard for Singed to do 30% of someone's max HP for some odd reason. Just testing this out in ranked I was able to proc it on nearly every engage early game (Before Rylai + Liandrys combo)

This mastery is stronger than ghost, on a 10 second CD. It'd make Flash a more viable option on him, combined with Dead Man's Plate he doesn't need ghost. The real benefit is 100% SLOW resistance. Is that not a massive perk?

He's been pushed out of viability for a while now. Most top laners dump on him. He just outscales the great majority of them.

that isn't really burst, i'd find this hard to pull off even against a braindead enemy who doesn't realize they shouldn't chase singed.

i still think he is better off using movement speed runes and running deathfire touch or fulltank masteries.

i mean, even if you were able to reliably proc it, i think DFT's damage is better, not only because of the damage itself, but because you are able to cash on it all game long from the beginning.

I'd rather have deathfire touch tbh. mid-late game its hard to proc it. 30%. anyone smart will get MR.

Singed's main objective is the fling the carries, tanks are secondary and any squishy that opts for MR rush first will find themselves in trouble. I find Deathfire underwhelming on Singed personally. Thunderlord is nice, but the utility of Stormraider trumps it.

i will try it out before i throw it out of the formula.
