Dynamic Tooltip for Snowball Items

This is a pretty minor thing, but it would be nice if Mejai's Killstealer Soulstealer and Sword of the Occult showed the current bonus to AP/AD they're giving rather than the icon being the only source of information. The Tear of the Goddess items track the total mana given rather than just the amount of passive and active stacks you've generated, as well as showing how much AP/AD they're granting. The support items also show how much gold they've given you, so I think the snowballing items are the last stacking items to lack this feature.

Someone who buys these items a lot might know at a glance the stats they're getting from 11 stacks, but I have to do the math every time. I feel weird posting this because I'm so surprised the feature hasn't been added yet when Tear items have had it for 3 years.
