Cassiopeia Bot Doesn't Buy Items on Twisted Treeline

I've never noticed this before and assume it's because of the change to her passive in 6.9. Twisted Treeline bots buy a normal starting item and basic boots, upgrade their boots, and then continue with their build. Cass seems to have purchased her Doran's Ring and gotten stuck on the boots because she was unable to purchase them. I tested on Summoner's Rift, and she seems to purchase items normally there.

There are other strange things I've noticed on Twisted Treeline's bot item lists, like them buying DFG and mages without shields or heals buying Athene's. I'm not sure if these have been fixed in the last couple patches since I don't play TT against bots often. The Cassiopeia bug seems a lot more problematic than others for sure since it made one bot completely useless after the first couple minutes.
