(Bug?/Buff Opportunity) Kalista W Passive (Soul-Mark) Not Applied to Hurricane Secondary Targets

This may be intentional or not, the wording on gameinfo isn't clear. That said, Kalista is desperately in need of (small) buffs, so I think this would be a nice change that could help her a tiny bit if it worked as I initially expected it to. Basically, what's happening is Hurricane applies Rend stacks to targets but not the Soul-Marks that are supposed to accompany her spears. She has to attack a target directly for W's passive to mark them, while I'd expect Hurricane to apply both E and W passive to targets.

Normal supports don't buy Hurricane, and it's not like Shyvana is ever brought bot lane either, so abusing AoE procs is extremely unlikely. In the event that her support is up scrapping with enemies instead of peeling for her (or ranged), giving them an incentive to pop the passive on multiple targets would be a nice touch. It's not like this would break her either since she maxes W last and it has an internal fixed cooldown of 10s per target.
