When someone revives someone, the health restored is based on the health of the person doing the reviving.
When you step on a revive while someone else is doing it and you have 10 health... CONGRATULATIONS... the revived player now has 10 health, versus the amount of the other person.
I died while reviving someone today, I was in the middle of being revived by Guardian Angel so they came back with 1 HP. I couldn't stop laughing for a few minutes. lol
I'm also pretty sure that each "creature" (I don't want to say champion because eh) zeroes in on a single target.
AKA: Each individual Velkoz is only shooting at 1 person during their life, Each Cho will only run at their single target, etc.
Idk if that's true, but it's what I've observed. Maybe it's already common knowledge tho, idk
