You know the game is going further downhill when your top lane "tank" builds full damage

My main account- look at my 13-10-30 match with Lissandra. Our top lane Nautilus went full AP- and finished 12-8-20. I kept asking him to build tank and he ignored me, which then I had to get a defensive item just to stay alive a little longer to get off my ult in a teamfight since we had no front line or tank to soak up incoming damage (not only that, he and the others went for the SQUISHIES while I had Mundo 1v1ing me in almost every fight and I couldn't do a thing about it -.-)

League has been falling into the gutter since around season 6 and it only seems to be getting worse instead of better. Horrible decisions like Runes Reforged, AP mana changes, , Dynamic Que, creations of Pyke, Neeko and Sylas, horrible balance changes- nerfing champs for no reason while buffing others who don't need it, NOT nerfing ones when players have been crying out for months/years, removal of defenses, etc.

List keeps growing, and things are getting ridiculous. Where are the days when tanks did NO damage but could actually soak up the damage and control with CC? Where are the days where champs had to do 2-3 rotations before killing someone instead of being one shot in a matter of seconds? Where is the strategy, the long fought games where everyone worked together instead of ONE person making or breaking the game? Where are the SIMPLE champions that aren't overloaded with every obnoxious, overbearing, broken ability in the game?

Riot you hear our frustrations, and still do nothing about it, and that makes it even worse. You need to do something about this and start fixing the damages before it's completely unrecoverable.
