Soon there will be no line distinguishing what's different from mages and assassins

Thanks to Riot spitting out new champions that completely go against what the class is all about.

Started with Pyke, now this latest release, Qiyana.

Assassins, are NOT meant to have much CC, let alone HARD CC.

Mages- CC, high AOE burst. Example- Morgana, root on Q, slow and stun on R, high damage if going mid lane.

Assassins- get in, high single target damage for a kill, get out. Example- Zed, he has a slow, which is a soft CC, shadow in, ult, REQ with eletrocute and/or ignite, shadow out.

Qiyana?- she has a fucking root (soft), a knockback and a stun (hard). Not what an assassin is supposed to have.

This needs to stop.

Riot, please take her back to the drawing board, or turn her into a mage because this is not right at all.

You played Qiyana right? She is fusion between assassin/skirmisher/bruiser, without real sustain, not really reliable mobility to get out, cc? yeah 100 secs cd hard cc(but you are knocking back your target as assassin) and river Q, which is tradeoff for doing dmg with wall one and is impossible to get while defending/attacking base.

Also Noc, Rengo are classified as assassin with hard cc without real way to get away after killing their targets, just like Qiyana.

LB, Ekko, Evelynn are champs that have hard cc and reliable way to get out(Shaco to some extent as well).

Can't see problem here, same with Pyke, Pyke that isn't fed won't ever 1v1 you, that's why he can have what he has.

Ahh its ok to have all this weird stuff... Lets bring back the Old Poppy with a mana buff yeah that sounds fun...... I mean I never seen anything wrong with her ult.......Or the fact she was a tank that could build assassin [zombie-brand-facepalm]

She has a root only if any sort of fight takes place near a river. The green element is useless and her only other root is the ult stun that does very little damage

Pyke is a support first, assassin second. He has no damage on his own, so he gets CC. He physically cannot function on his own.

Qiy trades consistency and burst for her kit.

Also; ultimates are allowed to break the rules of the game and archetypes. Qiy's ult can have CC, its fine.
