Azir rework idea' super simple
W scales with ABILITY level rather than CHAMPION level.
50/60/70/80/90.
Then remove damage reduction on W (and maybe Q) for hitting targets with more than one soldier.
Maybe reduce AP ratio as well, keeping in mind the removal of the damage reduction. maybe 0.5AP (currently 0.6)
Fixes all of azir's problems; more DPS early, less poke early, less burst late, just as much dps late.
DPS is always present throughout whole game. burst and harass is much less present.
REWARDS PLAYER FOR POSITIONIG MORE THAN ONE SOLDIER ON HIS TARGET.
