Does Flash create more climaxes or more anticlimaxes?

Everyone can agree that flash creates really REALLY cool moments and interactions but we can also agree that it creates anticlimaxes, meaning things that look like they are going to be exciting or cool but is then diffused or relinquished by the use of flash, as an escape for example.

I'm just wondering about which situation happens more often in others' experience.

Be encouraged to comment just, for goodness's sake, use sentence structure and logic.

Thank you.

Definitely anticlimaxes. 9/10 times that I use flash, regardless of whether or not I'm using MF ADC or Karma support (my favs), I use it to escape dumb shit I accidentally walked into. I can only think of oddly specific times where I want to land that perfect Karma nuke or MF Ult on the enemies and require flash; usually I'm close enough w/o flash since both of their kits poke from so far away.

I think it creates both depending on what side of the situation you are in, but that is really it's purpose.

I would say that most situations are "climaxes" in either case however, because if the flash was needed to achieve the escape, it was a tense situation.

When a flash is used, but it wasn't necessary, .. that is just poor mechanics, poor nerves, or just a mistake.

Smart players use it preemptively more often than not making it anticlimatic

climaxes

feels good to R-Flash with Illaoi and catch the enemy team with a 5 man, where not having flash would have only given me 1 or 2

Well, generally, I try to bait out flash first it lane.

Then I flash on them.

After that? KIll them before they can flash :P Although I remember when I failed a wallhop with Riven (had R activated as well, thought the Ezreal would keep walking forwards, but he didn't :/) so I flashed onto him, W+auto+R2 and let our fed Diana finish him.

anticlimaxes.

Even when a F;lash is used Climatically, it is countered by a defensive flash in return resulting in an anticlimactic flash trade regardless. The primary use of flash in most situations is simply to either get yourself out of shitty situations or counter someone else's flash.

Even when it is sued to pursue someone as they escape, I don't find it all that climactic.
