Talon Rework Concept

Passive: Missing Blade: Auto attacking and using Rake on an enemy causes one of talons blades to lodge itself into the struck enemy. If talon Autoattacks a marked enemy, he restores 3% of his max HP and mana, and deals 150% of Talons bonus AD as additional damage. Effect is doubled on champions.

Q: Noxian Diplomacy: Talon's next basic attack deals 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+ 30% bonus AD) and causes Talons target to take 1.7 / 3.3 / 5 / 6.7 / 8.3 (+ 16.7% bonus AD) physical damage per second for 6 seconds and are revealed. If Noxian Diplomacy hits a target with a missing blade, the mana cost for this ability is refunded and talon gains 5% of his maximum mana as well as reducing the cool down of all his abilities by 1.

W: Rake: Same as live.

E: Cutthroat Talon blinks behind his target, dealing 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+60% bonus AD) physical damage, and causing his target to be slowed by 99% for 0.5 second, as well as canceling all channeled abilities. For the next 3 seconds, Talon's attacks and abilities deal 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15% bonus true damage. If Talon uses Cutthroat on an enemy with Missing Blade, the cool down is refreshed and 50% of the cost is refunded.

R: Shadow Assault: On cast, Talon sends out a ring of blades, dealing 120 / 170 / 220 (+ 75% bonus AD) to all enemies hit and becomes stealthed as well as rooted. After 2.5 seconds, Talon unstealthes and causes the ring of blades to return to him, dealing 120 / 170 / 220 (+ 75% bonus AD) again to all enemies hit. This ability can be reactivated again after 1.5 seconds, to cause Talon to reappear early, and dash to a targeted location, dealing 50 / 100 / 150 (+20% bonus AD) to all enemies hit.
