Assasins counters ADC and mage

Mage counters ADC and fighters

ADC counters fighters and tanks?

then explain to me why bruisers are taking over bot lane? ADC suppose to counter fighters.

Cycles like that exist to explain how something is, not how something should be. The cycle of season 2 is nowhere near the cycle of season 4, which is unlike the cycle of season 8. There are trends that carry over, but something like this never describes how something ought to be.

they need to have a rune that helps has crit chance only works for ADC. that way it will help them early laning phase.
