Can Zed get his attack speed back? or a portion of it?
Attacking with Zed feels so slow and clunky. I'd rather have 1 sec delay on R + him getting back his Attack Speed over 0.5 to 0 delay on R.

Yes, I main Zed and I was one of those X champion mains who actually complained about him being over the edge few patches ago, I haven't been playing Zed during the time when he was considered OP as a part of my protest so I am not one of those ''My champion is not OP'' mains.
What do I have to say now is that Zed is perfectly fine now, a bit out of meta due to the tons of CC, Juggernauts, and devourer but as soon as assassins meta comes back in the future I bet Zed is going to be one of the stronger mid laners.

because zed is weak vs tanks and every game playing with zed waiting for lvl 6 bcs without R zed cant do a lot of thinks only think he can do is running away that why zed have low win rate and few zed mainers win the lane but lose the whole game
