Poppy got hers.... and now you plan to do it for Shen too.... what about the past reworked champions??? :/

We're doing some work at the moment to put together a plan for champions that got reworked but didn't get updated skin splashes at the time. We should have some initial thoughts on what that approach will look like ready to share in a few weeks. To avoid setting unrealistic expectations, that doesn't mean we'll get to every champ that's been reworked quickly, we are going to try and work through that backlog though.

Honestly the only change that is really needed on Karthus in my opinion is to change his phantom splash with it's Chinese version, that is what I have been doing for the past few months

on this note, will sion have a skin released soonish? his last one was warmonger sion in july 2011, "It's been too long" to quote sion. ;-; i'd really enjoy a new skin
