Nasus has a bit too much impact

Now Idk if this is the preseason making him this strong but right now just picking nasus forces way too much. It means that your top laner is required to win lane fairly hard, every other lane is not allowed to lose, AND you are required to end the game at a certain point in time. Why?

If your top laner goes even with nasus or god forbid that nasus wins lane, you basically lost...800 stacks at 30 mins is gonna one shot any squishy on your team and shred tanks. If Nasus wins lane he can usually 3v1 your team and in occassion solo ace depending on comps.

If ANY of your lanes loses that usually means your top laner will need to help you in teamfights or even to hold obj's. But guess where nasus will be? That's right, at your inhib. Nasus can go 0-5 40cs but the second you leave him top he has 200cs and 400 stacks...Anyone who has played nasus a bit (including me) has done it. I call it the #FeedToWin strat.

Lastly, if you don't end the game he is literally going to end up 50% smacking your turrets with the new siege rune......Imo, that is WAY too much power just by PICKING a champ. Just by PICKING nasus you force those 3 requirements for the game.

Nasus has almost no counterplay unless your in Duo or playing a ranged champ. Nasus can ignore the harass of most melee champs in the game with armor+lifesteal passive and just decimate them after level 6. Even if you make nasus feed and have 20 stacks, the second your team needs you he will have hundreds of stacks and all of your work is un-done. Why is he allowed to infinitely increase in power no matter how bad he performed? Not that many champs can say "I can feed AND carry".........

There is also the issue that nasus' base damage right now is insane. At level 4 his E+Q can hit you for 300 with only cloth armors built...... That's 1/4+ of most top laners HP at that level in 2 abilities on a champion with only armor....

Hmmm I don't know. When I play with my secondary accounts of lower rank, Nasus feels broken (when I play him, not against I guess), when I play him on my main he seems average and sometimes just useless if I fall slightly behind. I think he certainly is powerful, but not warrant of huge nerfs. If anything, what should be adjusted are masteries runes.

The only respond to this is "deal with it" since Riot basically gets lazy on some champs, slaps the good ol' "late game" tag on them then leave them fuck everyone over just like they did with Vayne, and Veigar who once fed rebind his ult to the delete key and 1 shots any1 foolish enough to leave fountain.

And yes the only way to win agaisnt a Nasus is to play a great split pusher and win lane super hard, and push lane super hard so he can't free farm. Or wish your team didn't feed so you can force 5v4 team fights, push mid and win game before Nasus catches up with stacks.

I play him often, and one thing I've notice when I start killing sqiushies is that I don't get ganked or camped too often, and I'll sometimes be allowed to farm while the other top laner goes helping their team. To beat Nasus late, you've got to really punish him early.

You'll want to be a champ that can murder him early like Darius o Urgot, or a jungler that knows what a threat Nasus can become.

Can't remember a time when Nasus was ever good. He is at best "ok."

You don't know how to play against Nasus if you are having that much trouble against him. Nasus requires a concerted effort from the team to take down OR you put his team behind before he scales. He is easier to push out of lane now since the rune changes.

Read this, it is still largely applicable: https://www.reddit.com/r/summonerschool/comments/6rf25f/the_how_do_i_beatlane_against_nasus_guide_by_a/

If it happens you can take top tower quick you can basically play a 5v4 for 10-15 minutes while he is busy freezing the lane and stack his Q.

He is strong but mostly because people don't know how to play into Nasus
