so today i lost 3 fights cuz my Q didnt work, go on CD but do not work, i press Q (only the 3th Q) and goes on dc nothing happned. riot fix really diying 3 times cuz of a bug is just so frustrating

I play Vlad a lot lately and I have not come across this issue..

On average for champions that aren't 'favorites' it takes about 1.5 years for riot to acknowledge the problem and roughly another 6 month to a year to fix it in my experience. They did mention doing something like this in the past, going to the champion subreddits and posting

"Hey guys, as a community it would be great if you could build up and prioritize a list of bug fixes / quality of life improvements that you think would help make your champion feel better. I can't promise if/when we'll get to them, but if we're doing work on a champion, it would be far easier to just get to reference a list from the people that care about the champion the most as opposed to us guessing what fixes may actually help. If the community thinks something is important, and we know where to find it, it becomes way easier for us to actually commit to that work."

I don't frequent champion subreddits, but if a list like this doesn't exist then making one might be a good start on getting your champion fixed.

Vlad subreddit is one of the more popular ones actually.

There have been numerous posts about this bug going back a couple years.

This only happens when you go to Q a minion right before it dies. It doesn't happen randomly, it happens under that one circumstance.

If you are Qing minions to last hit you are playing vlad wrong.

Every point and click skill works like that, if Malzahar or Brand E a minion and that minions dies at the right moment both their E go on CD without doing anything (Malz E won't refund mana or spread and Brand won't spread flames if minion was ablaze).

Long time bug for point and click skills sadly.
