Mordekiser

I haven't played morde for long time now, but after his changes he just became viable at every role. I got destroyed my jungle morde vs lee sin. I had 100+ MR and he was just kept on doing 1000+ damage with only rylas. I have seen him as adc, top, mid, support and he just keeps destroying. You cannot trade with him and he clear jungle faster then lee. I am not a bad jungler, but that was just an absurd amount of damage specially when he brings friking drake with him. Why isnt't riot doing anything about it?
