thresh chain is bugged

I've already seen multiple posts of thresh chain having a dumb hit box and riot does nothing. Just for more proof, on the bigger model champions, the chain doesnt even have to touch you physically and it will land. I was playing anivia yesterday and the chain missed my wing completely and it still got me, it was so ridiculous to see that everyone in the game was just laughing. Now today, my brother is playing thresh, and his chain went THROUGH Leona and got jinx behind her, WTF! Everyone was ridiculed by that as well. Two games, two days, thresh chain doing the impossible as each day goes by Riot.

Just for more proof, on the bigger model champions, the chain doesnt even have to touch you physically and it will land.

Skill shot collision is little more than a line intersecting with a circle (hitbox).
Player models are smaller than hitboxes and not always centered.
Tethers snap from the impact point to attach themselves in the center of the hitbox. It'll always look weird, but it's normal (alternative is a hook floating in midair or clipping through the model).
