let shyvana call out her ult cooldown

the new cooldown pings are incredibly useful. it's a lot easier to click on the HUD than type out in chat "my ult is almost ready, wait for it before you engage"

however, since shyvana's ult is based on fury rather than cooldown, this feature doesn't work for her. pinging her ult does nothing.

it would be really nice to be able to ping her ult cooldown, but based on amount of fury rather than cooldown time. something like this:
