just some ideas on tweaks to runes.
Sorcery Arcane Comet: Keystone- I just feel it needs a touch more base damage or scaling. Otherwise i like it
Scorch - Can we give this some scaling and a visual effect. I know its there but i dont really notice it.
Inspiration: Contraptions: 1st row after keystone. - HEXTECH FLASHTRAPTION. How is this supposed to be practical. Suggestion. Please make it channelable while moving. Even if you have to make it a new keystone. Right now if u want to use it as an escape you cant because combat penalty. If you want to use it to engage you cant because you have to stand still while trying to take avantage of a blind spot. Overall i cant think of a way to use it. If you want to steal dragon/baron and they warded if u get poked once its used up.
HOWEVER. If it was channelable while moving you can use it like Edge of night. Where you prime it while going to gank to get a nice gap close. but if your hit while approaching your gank its used up. or you can channel it while running towards a wall and if you werent hit during that run then u get a successful flash.
Hell you can even make this a whole new Item (with Adaptive Damage (instead of like +40 ad or + 80ap) with a active that channels hexflash. and the keystone would be like a mini version of it.
