New Lord Van Damm's Pillager On PBE (can we add to SR also)

I love the new Lord Van Damm's Pillager on the PBE. How instead of bonus crit damage it does a magic DOT based on ur AD. Its basically a TANK BUSTING item for AD champions (and carries in general). It also gives ad carries more of a choice between the burst of crit damage or the tank busting power of lord vandemms pillager (or both if you get tons of gold). Also Wicked Hatchet has to be my favorite item in the game and i never understood why it is not on SR.

Incase u dont know what the new Van demms pillager does...

NO LONGER has unique passive increasing critical strike damage to 250% from 200% New Unique Passive - Critical Strikes cause enemies to bleed for an additional 150% of bonus Attack Damage as magic damage over 3 seconds and reveal them for the duration.

~TL DR. can we add wicked Hatchet to Summoners rift as well as New Lord Van Damm's Pillager when it is released. I think it would make interesting AD optimization more available to champs without % based damage or mixed damage (jinx % execute/ vayne % max hp/ kog % magic damage, twitch true damage, corki magic damage, ezreal mixed damage). or at the very least give more options besides IE/BT/BORK/LW.

Ap itemization is amazing though. AD itemization just is lacking something.
