Quinn Preseason PLEASE FIX HARRIER suggestions, (From a quinn main)

I love quinn from start to finish.

The biggest change i see in her preseason state is that her ult is going to be a damageless MS boost. Thats fine because her ults damage was never significant anyway.

The ONLY THING I REALLY WANT FIXED IS HARRIERS UNRELIABILITY.

Please make it either like Dianas passive where after x auto attacks she glows (or something) and her next auto attack in x seconds does bonus damage. (thus vault would just put her back in that state for double passive proc),

OR make it trigger on auto attacks with an internal cooldown.

Example: First auto attack marks target. Second auto attack blows up mark. (vault also marks target). (cannot occur again on same target in x seconds)

IM JUST VERY TIRED OF IT BEING SO RANDOM.

I just thought i should voice this because its really the only thing i want to see happen.
