Is Corki Any Good?

I never see anyone play him, when I do they mostly troll and just ult down mid for some reason spamming his taunt (had this happen 3 times out of 4 games with a Corki on my team). Is he worth buying? I want to try him, but I dont want him to be like Kalista where there are better options to play like Lucian.

Says on there his winrate is 56% while on my site it says 49%. Thats why I dont follow those charts, I just want to know if he is worth buying compared to other adcs.

play him on Mid, not ADC when you want to play him

he is an ADC but he is stronger on Mid than on his main role.

He's a good ADC for when your team is really physical heavy and you need some magic damage.
