not over the top freelo, but definitely needs some toning down against champions. (he is all skill shots after all, hes gotta earn it)
i pick him for the wave clear and poke, but im amazed by his reliable 100-0 for landing his knockup. especially in a 1v1 situation.
enemy builds a negatron cloak? vel koz dont care. and to me that says its his true damage which is just too high.

Catastrop3 votesHe's been pretty consistent for several patches actually, always hovering around 53% WR and never really going higher or lower. I attribute this to his range, he can pretty much carry the game from a screen away.

Vanic9981 votesI don't believe that VELKOZ is op but if riot wants to nerf him, I suggest reducing the ap scaling of his passive true damage from 50% to 45% or 40%. 50% is almost the scaling of an offensive basic ability and it's just a passive. I'm a biased VELKOZ main.
