So Rakan passive is a weaker version of half of Yasuo passive

Both generate a shield, but Rakan's is weaker and can pop less often

Except it isn't. Rakan's shield is more like Malphite's shield, than Yasuo's.

Rakan's shield can pop up during combat, so it's really more like Yasuo's except he doesn't have to move, it's just on a regular cooldown.

Except Yasuo's lasts a set amount of time, then ends, regardless of how much of the shield is left. Rakan's is essentially a health buffer.

It's more like Yasuo. It pop up after some time and can pop during combat. Yasuo shield value on 18lvl is 510 while Rakan's is 254. Yasuo can have shield way more often too as he gets it from moving and E. Rakan has to wait a given time. 16s on 18lvl

Rakan hastens his shield by autoing or landing abilities on enemy champs.

You can't auto Rakan once and have the shield go on cooldown
