Wit's End buff (new)
Wit's End is a great concept for an item but we rarely see it being use. I think this item should get some buff to its stats and build path.
New Build path i had in mind

- 40% as
- 40% ap
- 10% Cd
Passive: Your first basic attack deal 40 bonus magic damage on hit. Passive (new): Basic attack steal 5 magic resist from target and** add it to your own** (stack 5x) Active (new): Your next basic attack is empowered and will deal bonus damage base on 10% of your ability power.
