I seriously don't know what to do anymore

Oh great. Another generic post about another forum user complaining about ranked. Am I right? No, not really. Instead of complaining about how shitty my teammates are or how bad my jungler was, I'm asking for some help. I seriously do not know how to climb this elo. I'm a support main, but I recently transitioned into mid lane because of how much pressure I can give off while in the mid lane. I always and when I mean always...90% of the time I win lane so naturally I try to roam and help my other teammates who aren't looking so hot. The thing is I get them ahead but when mid game rolls around, I just can't seem to win. I think I'm making correct choices, but I just seem to lose the game. I'm no KD warrior, but my farm and KD look fine as is, but not so much for my teammates. I always try to be proactive on the map, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Any tips?
