Buff Ryze
He's currently sitting at a 43% WR and hasn't been a meta pick in awhile. This man is struggling through the early game tremendously and can barely get any kills early game.

Remove his point and click hard cc that is ranged then he can become meta again.
He just has a high skill ceiling
I remember before literally any nerfs , even before the interaction with Zhonia and his Ult nerf , his win rate was 45% while being pick or ban in high elo I decided not to trust win rates since then . However the nerfs he got were all huge I believe he needs a rework again lmao
I've been trying him out. He can be very good but I can see it being extremely difficult like the positioning. His wave clear and the barrier he gain after 3 abilities plus that speed boost from his phase rush is so good. Unfortunately I had never gotten an S on him. I'm working on improving him and I'm certain that he isn't such a bad champion once you master him. If you're not doing great with Ryze just means you need more improvements on him. Nothing else.
this thread might be dead but im gonna say a few things, one ryze does need buffs he is extremely weak early and if you dont have a kill on your laner they will destroy you mid game unless they are bad two people say that late game ryze is strong which he is but other people are stronger only strong thing that they dont have his is 5.6 cd root thats about it viktor has AOE damage up the ass and we all know what kassadin can do three his ulti is fine in competitive buttttt in solo queue its pretty damn near useless if they make it a single tp where you can get yourself out in 1 second or just change it to something like a combat ulti four if they do buff him either be his damage increase on his e or lower the cd from 1.35 40% cd rank 5 to 0.8 seconds or 0.75 something where he can kite a lot better making him the machine gun he was supposed to be if you want to lower the damage of his Q but make the CD change that would overall be a buff mid to late making him playable last he hasn't gotten better people are just playing cheese builds that solo queue minds cant play against so thats why his winrate has went from 43 to 45 plus he is like quinn now where he isnt good in his main lane but better top however he still is garbage I rarely see a ryze in my games other than me and if i see one in agame in high elo its either because they need late game or because ryze would be good there or the 3rd option which is highly unlikely they are a ryze main. As a ryze main i both want this champ to be dead but rewarding to play when mastered so kind of like the old ryze just not as braindead where all of his abilities were point and click just make an ulti to where its just a tp for him, tp for him and an ally, a combat ulti buffing his stats kinda like riven and throw in some overloaded bs or just give him a passive ulti giving him mana so when he's 6 in a lane against a zed or yasuo he does get 100 - 0 easily now they can also buff his passive and see how that is because the mana scaling is kind of bad they should take away some base stats from his shield and make the scaling better I know that if this champ is touched the wrong way he'll be broken so up the scaling from 3% bonus mana to 5% overall mana if not that then 6 or 7% bonus mana just buff something on that champion thats what i think btw dont @ me
