Remove trading from soloq/draft pick

Seriously, its literally only used to piss people off or the rare case when someone actually cares about getting a champion before the enemy team, or otherwise with a duo queue or premade.

I was in a draft pick a second ago(pretty much why I'm raging about this) and 3rd pick says "adc pref," then last pick says "adc pref," and during the champion bans 3rd pick pissed off first so he goes and grabs the ADC last pick wants and trades with her. In the end, first pick didn't say what he wanted fast enough, last pick locked in Blitzcrank even though there was already a support, and so they went Blitz mid pretty much dooming us to lose from the start. So I dodged.

Now I have to wait and lose LP all because this guy got pissed and realized you could trade. So why is it even there? Its almost never used EXCEPT for that. Just remove it from soloqueue because there's almost no reason for it to be there. Team ranked? Yeah, you use it a lot. LCS? Yep, almost every pick is in order of what will probably be taken by the enemy team first. Soloqueue or draft? Nope, pretty much just used by trolls and duo'ers.
