Instead of herding Archangels can we actually just make GLP not shit?

GLP is just a shit item because it's meant for catching people out but the projectile is slow as hell, it might not even hit them since it sweeps out and doesn't go through minions, the slow is absolutely terrible considering the range, cooldown, and the fact that everyone and their mother has a slow these days. Overall it's just really shitty at its job whereas the other items are really good at theirs

Can we not just make GLP a viable item? It's been shit since release and the only champs that would buy it over the other Lost Chapter items or Hextech Revolver items are ASol and old swain. Now swain has catching potential so he doesn't need to use it as a crutch anymore. Now it's pretty much ASol and he doesn't really like using it anymore because it still gives shitty stats compared to the other items.

All the other items are in a fine spot... maybe Archangels a little too generalist but the most recent nerfs on PBE seem a little much.

How about we just make the slow better, the projectile longer and/or faster, and make it go through minions and damage them?
