I don't play ranked, I really don't care about it, but omg, I just want to play, I play normals, why do I have to play against Plat players?
Either the system is bad for pairing me against Plat players, or the players are boosted, either way, wtf.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesIf Normals used Ranked MMR for matching players with you, it would just be Ranked without the rewards. Normals and Ranked use separate MMR; if you want to be matched according to their Rank you have to play Ranked.
Players typically perform below their Ranked skill level when in Normals though, because they are typically practicing or just having fun and not playing optimally/try harding. Those that do "try hard" in Normals well below their skill level, they will simply climb past you. If you climb up with them then maybe you are just as good and should consider doing Ranked so you can get a reward for it.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesThat's what people say, but people always say that when they have a bad match. The numbers show that win rates are almost perfectly even across all group sizes; DQ is just a scapegoat for most people.
MeDicenWera1 votesSounds fair enough. I'd probably say that as well lol. Honestly, If it helped me get more even matched, I'd play ranked. I do hate DQ and believe rank means dog doodoo but I can deal with the later and still don't care about the former.
