can it have a attack speed passive like kogmaw and some melee champs have? at least 10% a skill level? her attack speed is so unbearablely slow and its so bull shit that you have to build more attack speed than other champions and cant build defensive items fast enough. if you try building defensive so soon you end up being way too slow -_- not to mention she's extremely slow compared to most of the champions, i dont understand why you guys keep buffing melee/mage move speed when it was just fine. (ryze/viktor and sion)

her q is so slow and useless and other melee champs have far more range like really why do they all have sniper range this balance makes no sense.

Kayle has a typical to above-average attack speed at all stages of the game.

Her on-hit is one of the most powerful with its large base magic damage, solid AP scaling, and AoE. Adding more on top of that seems silly.

Her passive further empowers her auto attacks by shredding armor AND MR, cementing her late game hypercarry status as she nukes the gold value of enemy defenses for herself AND her team.

Making abilities more similar to each other without reason is generally a bad idea as it dulls down the game.

Her on-hit ability is one of the least restrictive in terms of its small downtime throughout the game. You can have your on-hit up perpetually with 37.5% cdr which isn't even at the cap.

And she's straight-up very powerful as it stands right now. Her huge late-game sustained damage and utility give her very high winrates in both top and mid in solo queue, and she even sees some pro play. Buffing her would be a mistake.
