Kill her twice before 6 and enjoy freelo. Other than dis git gud at dodging Q.
Imagine a champion with 4 abilities and a sub-20 second ult. I've never seen that before.
She is pretty strong, she also has great base-damage ability so you dont have to build 800 AP to kill people. You can usually get away with a simple 300-350 AP leaving a lot of room for building survivability.
She is very strong 1v1 champion, just like akali was, but unlike akali, her entire usefulness lies heavily on if she can land that Q or not, which is fairly easy to dodge if you know what your doing. This makes her especially weak versus very fast mobile champions who can jump or teleport, like leblanc. Or champions who severely outrange her, like ziggs.
Diana is a very flexible champion in terms of which lane does she go in, how tanky can she be, how damage dealing can she be. But she's far from broken man..
Pfft the only sustain comes from her W, she has no escape, and is not tanky at all. Pit her up top vs 
, then tell me she's 'broken'. She's an AP Mid Assassin/Bruiser with good fight initiation and is in the meta that's all.

Now that Akali got nerfed hard, Diana has come to claim the throne.

Diana isn't all that powerful.
Her abilities are good for a mage/bruiser/assassin, but they work best when you can hit squishy targets and if you miss your Q you lose out on a good portion of the combo. Her E actually does no damage (it stops channels and pulls any enemy in its AOE toward Diana - if can even stop Katarina's ult if timed right.), and her W requires that you be close enough to pop all 3 of the spheres in order to double the power on the shield.
The one thing she has is versatility. In skilled hands she can go mid, top or jungle. She doesn't excel at any of those, but she hold lane and if she can get a few kills she remains a threat to squishy champs all game.
