What if Veigars kit interacted with his cage? some Veigar purposed changes.
Hey all I used to play Veigar quite alot before the changes and right now it kind of feels that he relies to much on his enemies to make mistakes to get some plays off. you can possibly land your stun and probably burst someone down if you land your kit but if the enemy even knows what veigar does half the time theyl aimlessly walk around your cage as you try to land your q and your ever so slow w on them, either that or..just R.
What i was thinking now is what if veigars kit did some extra things that only affects people within the cage? For starter his W
What if whenever he cast his W within his cage the radius of his W was slightly increased and had a shorter delay? I think this would help him to reliably get his W off while still giving the enemy a slight chance to dodge.
With his Q perhaps whenever Veigar casts it inside the cage it would slowly bounce around the cage 2 or possibly 3 times? but only hit someone once. Like before it would increase the reliability of hitting people that got trapped within the cage but not stunned
E proably just be the same
And with his R perhaps it could have a passive where anyone within the cage is slightly debuffed? Debuffs i was thinking of could range from a 2% slow to perhaps a mechanic similar to Garens ult passive except it would target someone with the most assist.
Thematically it would be good, Veigar is an evil tiny lord so targeting someone with the most assists could be a possibility, he is effectively targeting the good guys opposite to Garen. Perhaps the R passive could be anyone within the cage has slight vision reduced? or Perhaps we could just leave R as is?.
One more change i had in mind was we could probably just scrap everything above and makes anyone inside his cage slowed by a certain percentage. It takes time for his Cage to come up so why shouldn't it take time for his opponents to move around in the cage?
Anyway thank you guys for reading and i hope a Rioter possibly @RiotReperToir can respond on what they think Any other critic or ideas is also welcomed. ~Thanks for listening to my 2 cents.
