Where oh where is the random button in champ select in the new client?

It is something that I did not notice right away but a friend of my pointed it out but in the new client there is no random button in champ select. Is it going to be implemented sometime? I know it does not seem like much but it has helped when I do not know what champion to play or me and my friends do the full random comp teams. I know we cannot be the only players that are curious to where it is lol
