Soraka doesn't get punished in mana right now for spamming Q

I've had it done to me and played with it and Soraka really just doesn't take enough mana hits for constantly spamming Q. It makes laning against her really hard, especially paired with people like Jinx and Jhin who can throw a ton of shit on the ground already and with her kit that makes it pretty hard for her to die early already, it really just helps turn her into a bigger laning bully. I can't think of any other support who can spam an ability like her and not get punished in mana.

Would like to see it require more mana or at least extend the cooldown.

She just got a severe nerf on her W to make her play more agressively, now people want her Q nerfed too... What people expect Soraka to do? Max E first? Just dodge that sh*t... As a Soraka main, I fail more Q than I land even if it's going in enemies direction because it's relativelly easy to dodge.

Soraka is just fine. To nerf her Q, they need to buff something else or she's going to the graveyard.

I agree, besides her Q there would be no way for her to really deal any damage at all besides healing and silencing, which i think is kind of pointless considering the damage nami does with her W which is a point and click.
