ACTIVE: Zilean places a ticking time bomb on any unit, allied or enemy, which detonates after 4 seconds, dealing magic damage in a 330-unit area. When casting it on a friendly unit. It will also grant a shield.

• MAGIC DAMAGE: 90 / 145 / 200 / 260 / 320 (+ 80% AP)
• SHIELD STRENGTH: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (+ 40% AP)

Bombs will detonate immediately if the holder dies, another bomb is placed on them or when the shield is destroyed.

ACTIVE: Zilean bends time around a champion, slowing an enemy champion or increasing an ally champion in time for 2 seconds.

New mechanics: Time bending will increase or decrease the champion actions in time. This include attackspeed, projectile speed, cooldowns, regeneration, movementspeed, etc...
