Removing Drifting On Azir - Another Generic Champion?

Without drifting, his soldier mechanic is still extremely unique standing next to other mages, even Machine Gun DPS Mages which he would have to identify with without his drift.

i much prefer the drifting removal with soldiers buff, if its removed its a big enough nerf for proplay but good for the casual player base i would love for drifting to get removed for somthing.

For an AOE dps mage with long range and sustained damage, he has a mite too much mobility, especially when you ALSO factor in his ult as his own private disengage tool. I'm looking forward to what they do with the rework.
