For the most part, Azir players want the shuffle (Option 1). Non-Azir players want range (Option 2).

i would rather keep the shuffle and lose range and i haven't played azir in more than a year
I totally agree with you. I still want the shuffle
I used to play azir a lot and i think that option 2 is a lot better because it does fit his game play fantasy as an emperor. You shouldn't be engaging for your team it should be the other way around and an emperor shouldn't be running away from people he should be fighting them and showing them how strong you are
