(At my elo it's borderline OP.) Here in the Bronze V MMR Unranked elo, at 20/25 minutes both teams decide that the only thing that can possibly be correct is to constantly and permanently group up mid. Did you just take mid inhib? Better 5 man mid instead of taking down toplane which has a massive minion wave while mid shoves itself. Minions going to take our bot tower/inhib? Who cares! Push mid! Enter Banner of Command, savior of the Bronze V MMR unranked players like me out there. Put a promotion on a siege minion on one of the side lanes and you are practically guaranteed to take a tower without doing anything else, and gain a crum load of gold while you're at it.

Plus it's hilarious watching a Ziggs try to kill the promoted minion and then reporting you for hacking when the minion doesn't get hurt by the bombs XD Long and short I love building the item even if it's not actually that fantastic. It gets you a lot of gold as a support, provides great map pressure and I lol every time my super minion takes a tower. Thanks for reading, have a wonderful day!

Poor Ziggs. Sometimes it's hard to look at our VFX from the eyes of a less experienced player. To me it reads magic immune, but clearly not to that Ziggs. :(

if youre playing soraka you can split push like a beast because you can heal your super minion

but like dont do it when youre playing against people who know how to play

It's great seeing Azir try to kill a Banner of Command empowered minion. He has to actively move his soldiers away.

I can safely say that item 3060 + item 3512 on Bard results in the most consistent fun I've experienced in this game.

There was a thread where an azir as raging about a banner minion on all chat saying it was a glitch. Laughed so hard

banner combined with zz can do some awesome pushing and also allow you to stay in-game longer if your base is pushed ;) I love em.

Rush banner vs Veigar mid. You can deny him a lot of AP by making siege minions magic immune, give your allies resists in team fights, and generally belittle him.

I once built both on Yi. It was one-for all, and I felt like dicking around and went tank support Yi. The enemy Ekkos all build AP. I held mid lane inhib turret for like 5 minutes by myself against 3-4 of them.

I just saw this donger top rush banner and zz. He got Herald and then came mid, we caught one person and then got all 3 turrets and the inhib in one push.

I miss the aura that was increasing minions damage by 10-15% dont remember but it was à core on my Zyra build*[zombie-nunu-tears]*

banner of comand is boderline on y favorite item up against item 3512 . nothing like being able to get 2 last hits on turrets, in a row (inner and inhib) with one empowered minion, as bard support

Especially if you went AD

(pls readd the %damage for allied minions to Banner of Command since the Elixir of Ruin was removed along with the minion movespeed from Captains that was part of elixir of ruin please)
