So, is Riot planning to do anything about Hecarim?
His jungle is so efficient he doesn't even need a jungle item. Absolutely ridiculous after Triforce.

Nope. Rather than nerfing the champions that became a problem with CoC, they're nerfing it for everyone instead of the blatant outliers.
Its going to be the next Grasp of the Undying. Useless, but people will take it because there's nothing better...even though people already take it because there's nothing better, even if it is too strong atm.

Regardless, landing on a champ with only your E and instantly killing them while being full tank IS bullshit.
CoC isn't the reason any tank is nuking someone for the majority of their health.
Its foolish to think so. It doesn't offer any damage.
If tanks/divers weren't nuking squishies, CoC wouldn't be a problem at all. Riot doesn't seem to realize that damage is the problem, not tankiness right now.
Another issue is that shields in general have absolutely no counterplay. They're essentially stat-check tools. Riot doesn't see it that way, for some reason.
Probably because it's more temporary stats rather than permanent stats. Or that usually shields (at least some newer ones) have a trigger.
Poppy's passive for example has counterplay in the fact that you can destroy her buckler before she picks it up. CoTC has a big cooldown and requires landing hard CC. CoTC l's difficulty varies though and is being nerfed to be better in teamfights.
lol hecarims not even that good hes just good in solo que because hes fast and has burst and in an elo where nobody pays attention it works pretty good like eve but with cc and not invisible. Way more better actual champions though.
Your spelling is ridiculous.

It got nerfed again? Didn't see that. I think it's a problem with Hecarim though. You can run Thunderlord's and 1 shot the backline with just his E - Q.
the thing about hecarim imo is that he can relentlessly dive backline with only triforce cinderhulk no resist item but still get away with it due to cotc shield. If cotc becomes weak then adc with warlord can actually survive and kill him.

He doesn't need CotC to do that. He can do it with Thunderlords. There is a master rank player that was talking about it, trying to recall his name. Hecarim's E damage with Triforce is far too high.
