Nasus/Renekton but not Azir in GOD MODE

So Azir, Renekton, and Nasus are the Ascended trio (I don't count Xerath cause he's not an Egyptian god looking dude). Both Nasus and Renekton have ults that make them big and tough, or, as I like to call it, GOD MODE. Azir just gets a bunch of ppl who charge at other ppl. Why doesn't Azir get his GOD MODE? I feel like it would make sense to go thematically.
